Born in Atlanta, GA as a "90's kid", I had a passion for computers and video games at an early age. Often I would use my parent's machine to run all sorts of programs created for kids (Pajama Sam, Freddi Fish, and Tonka for those in the know) and become immersed for hours in the gameplay. This love for video games would extend into technology getting older and seeing the cool applications that could come from using various tech. My passion was mostly a hobby as I actually wanted to be an actor or school teacher growing up! It wasn't until high school when coding really clicked for me. Now I use the skills i've learned in a field I love dearly, and offer teaching for the program that helped me get where I am today!
